I am currently hosting Mesa Fit Club. We workout to a variety of Team Beachbody workouts, such as ChaLEAN Extreme, P90X, INSANITY, and more.
I am currently walking and using the ChaLEAN Extreme workouts to reach my goals. I plan on starting P90X after I'm done with ChaLEAN.
I still have another 10 pounds I would like to lose. I want to gain lean muscle mass. Muscle burns fat!
I lost a few pounds just working out and walking a couple times a week, but I have really noticed the next few pounds came off easier since starting Shakeology as a meal replacement, once a day. I love Shakeology, I blend it with ice and water, or mix it with almond milk. It's like a chocolate milkshake, but it is good for you!
